  • What does a Basic Clean Include?
    Living Room vacuumed and organized Kitchen vacuumed, mopped and wiped down (counters etc.) Bedrooms vacuumed and wiped down; beds made and sheets changed if bedding provided. Kitchen and bathrooms area sanitized with bacteria killing products Toilets and showers cleaned We are flexible to the unique needs of your home, and aim to always do more than expected!
  • What does a Deep Clean Include?
    Bathrooms vacuumed, mopped and wiped down Toilets and showers wiped down with disinfectant products Outside of refridgerator wiped down Oven cleaned inside and out Bedrooms vacuumed, wiped down and beds made; sheets changed if bedding is provided Ceiling fans (if they can be reached) dusted Floors swept and mopped Sinks wiped down Stove wiped down and cleaned underneath if needed
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice in order to reschedule or give a refund for an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable nor can we gurantee a rescheduling for that credit. Please let usk now about changes to appointments in advance - we are happy to be flexible with your schedule!
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Yes. Our window washing service is extra and consists of washing all the major windows in your home not normally touched. This cost varies for each home.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment with 24 hours or more notice will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled. We are happy to reschedule with you for first-time appointments!
  • What If I no-show on my appointment?
    If your cleaning is scheduled on a date, the cleaner comes and no one is present - the maid will wait up to 30 min before leaving. If no one is there or answers after that waiting period, the cleaner will leave. We do not give refunds for no-shows on appointments with no communication beforehand.

We accept payments online, square, or venmo. 

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for booked cleanings.  If you cancel less than 24 hours of a booked appointment you will be charged for the cleaning. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice - we are happy to reschedule for members on a paid plan; or to refund for clients scheduling a one-time cleaning.

For paid plan cancellations, you will be charged for the present month or 30 day cycle, but no longer going forward. So If you cancel in the middle of March you'll be charged for the month of March, but you will not be charged in April or going forward.

You are able to use your last cleaning (after cancellation) anytime within 30 days.
