We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice in order to reschedule or give a refund for an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable nor can we gurantee a rescheduling for that credit.

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Yes. Our window washing service is extra and consists of washing all the major windows in your home not normally touched. This cost varies for each home.

Yes there will be a fee of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

We are happy to reschedule with you for first-time appointments!

If your cleaning is scheduled on a date, the cleaner comes and no one is present - the maid will wait up to 30 min before leaving. If no one is there or answers after that waiting period, the cleaner will leave.

We do not give refunds for no-shows on appointments with no communication beforehand.
